Position:
Accounts and Admin Executive


Location:
Hyderabad


Job responsibilities:


  • Prepare financial documents and update accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Monitor the deliveries from suppliers and ensure that suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.
  • Monitor the deliveries to the clients, the invoices raised against those orders, and the payment receivables.
  • Take care of all the financial, contract labour, and tax compliances matters.
  • Update the firm leadership on any financial discrepancies found in tax compliance, invoice preparation, and labour compliance.
  • Adhere to best practices in accounting, as outlined by industry experts and espoused by the company
  • Maintain office and factory cleanliness and safety, in coordination with other teams.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with coworkers and clients.

Essential qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, administration, or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification:


  • Post graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in accounting, business, administration, or equivalent.

Experience:


  • At least one year of relevant experience in the field of accounts, finance or admin.

Skills required:


  • Ability to prepare financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly reports and statements.
  • Ability to manage company assets and financial expenditure.
  • Ability to maintain files on account receivables and update records as required
  • Ability to manage flow of petty cash and record all monetary transactions
  • Should have proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Should have a good understanding of all financial processes.
  • Should have basic math skills.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have good organizational and time management skills.

Remuneration -

  • CTC within the range of 3.0 LPA 3.3 LPA

Salary:
₹300, ₹330,000.00 per year
