Front Office Executive (Female) for Business Center


Key Responsibilities:


Reception and Client Services:


  • Warmly greet clients, guests, and visitors as they arrive at the business center.
  • Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, provide information about the business center's services, and address their needs promptly and courteously.

Administrative Support:


  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain visitor logs and record relevant details for security and reporting purposes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.

Client Relations:


  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, issues, or servicerelated inquiries.

Appointment Scheduling:


  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring availability and proper setup for meetings and events.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives and team members.

Communication and Correspondence:


  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal and external communications as required.

Team Support:


  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and provide support to other departments when necessary.

Facility Management:


  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the business center's facilities are wellmaintained and operational.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery as needed.

Compliance and Security:


  • Adhere to security protocols and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a front office executive or receptionist.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
