Job description:

- **Product knowledge**:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our stack, features, and solution offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products

New feature development:


  • Identify customer needs, preferences, and potential improvements for existing products
  • Define detailed user journey, scoping, PRDs, and wireframes to translate the requirements to an executable form
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications
  • Perform UAT to ensure a smooth user experience before the feature is released to production
  • Ensure the delivery of feature in defined timeline
  • Capture user feedback post release of the feature

Customer support:


  • Understand the customer facing issues
  • Actively participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology
  • Prioritise critical requirements and stride towards delivering it in a set timeline

Training and communication

  • Actively participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology
  • Create documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct training to educate the team on new feature release

Project Management:


  • Drive sprint calls with tech team to prioritise backlog and plan upcoming sprint deliverables
  • Optimise JIRA usage by defining wellgroomed user stories and capturing progress using relevant sprint metrics

Education and Technical qualification:


  • Bachelor's in engineering with 23 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skill
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Must have hands on experience with JIRA and MS Tools
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
