Zenatix is looking for a passionate and highly motivated intern to join its Key Accounts team.

- **Key Responsibility Areas**:

Delivering value by assisting the Key Account Manager with the company's high
value clients
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
Keeping customer satisfaction high by attending to internal tickets preemptively
Assisting with scheduling meetings, creating agendas and providing status recaps
Attend and contribute to brainstorming/ideation sessions for growing
Additional relevant responsibilities as requested

- **Key Skills/Traits Desired**:

Highly skilled in Office tools (good knowledge of basic Excel formulas like VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH a huge plus)
Smart, confident, and above all, the hunger to learn
Processoriented and resultsdriven
Strong verbal / written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines
