About JumpCloud

Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated Full Cycle Recruiter based in India to help us build a world class organization focused on next-leveling the Open Directory Platform space.

We're looking for a self-driven full desk recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude to support our expanding India and APAC hiring teams.

This role will recruit for both non-technical (finance, sales, technical customer support, etc.) and technical (engineering and product) roles, depending on the requirements of the business.

You'll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles
Create and manage job postings and offer approvals

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years as a Recruiter within an agency or corporate environment
Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fastpaced environment
Selfstarter with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
Experience in handling both Tech and Non-Tech roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree

Good to Have:

Prior experience leading high growth recruiting projects in India region strongly preferred
Experience leading Diversity hiring projects/initiatives preferred

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
