Description

We are looking for a customer experience associate to join our team with the objective of serving our customers better and proactively.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined timelines.
  • Call abandoned cart users to understand the reason for their drop off and convert them to make a purchase.
  • Strategize and execute initiatives that will help in creating customer delight.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
  • Make Non-Order Delivery Report calls to the customers for orders that haven't been delivered.

Requirements:


  • 01 year of work experience.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication i.e. English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable speaking over the phone for multiple hours in the day.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Likes talking to new people and understanding new perspectives.
  • Has interpersonal skills and a clientcentered approach.
  • Possesses collaboration, and problemsolving skills.

Salary:
₹360, ₹400,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
