Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Collect, consolidate, and manage data from various sources to maintain a centralized and uptodate database.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and validation processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and distribute periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Create adhoc reports as requested by management to support decisionmaking processes.

Database Maintenance:

Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools used for data analysis and reporting.
Implement data cleansing and normalization techniques to optimize database performance.

Automation and Efficiency:

Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline data collection and reporting procedures.
Work collaboratively with IT teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance data management and reporting capabilities.

Collaboration:

Liaise with different departments to gather requirements for reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and provide datadriven insights.

Training and Documentation:

Train endusers on data entry procedures and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes and reporting protocols.

Quality Assurance:

Perform regular quality checks on data inputs and outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues in a timely manner.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
