SITE SUPERVISOR (Location:
Kochi/Palakkad)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations of the Site:

-
Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization
:

To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others:

-
Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance:

-
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion:

-
Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries:

-
Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects:

-
Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors

Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well
:

-
Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry
:

-
Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is added advantage:

-
Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.

Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering.

1 to 3 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior/Construction Industry.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹25,000.00 per month
