Overview:


As an Operations Executive (Scheduler) at Indiagold, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of gold loan operations by effectively scheduling loan managers' visits to customers' homes.

You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, managing schedules, and optimizing operational efficiency to deliver exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


Schedule Management:


  • Coordinate with the inside sales team to receive loan requests from potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for loan managers to visit customers' homes based on their availability and preferences.
  • Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments to optimize operational efficiency.

Communication and Coordination:


  • Liaise with loan managers to confirm appointment details, including date, time, and location.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointment timings and provide any necessary instructions.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations.

Data Management:


  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, including customer details and appointment statuses.
  • Update scheduling software or systems with relevant information to track appointments and monitor performance metrics.
  • Generate reports on appointment scheduling activities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving scheduling issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on appointment schedules and address any concerns.

Process Optimization:


  • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, scheduling, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
