Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for IT positions.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide insights into the competitive IT talent landscape.

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience for newly hired IT professionals.
