RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage large amount of retention calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling customers
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and retain them.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Graduation in any field
  • 12 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
