Responsibilities:

A Client Facing Role - to help Clients select right Furnishings keeping in mind the taste and budget and build a personal rapport with them.

Prepare and Share quotation
with the Clients.

Supervise work progress at back end:

Work closely with Suppliers, tailors, upholsters and installers ensuring first-class customer experience from start to finish and providing an end-to-end customer service from first interaction with Client till delivering the project.

Site visits:

Visiting project sites occasionally to ensure customer experience is to the highest standard.

Generating customer leads:

- based on in-store customer interaction and referrals. Making B2B calls for acquiring new clients.

Skill Set Requirement:

Prior experience of Furnishings/ Interiors is preferred.
High level communication and team working skills.
Good computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent listening and Organizing skills.
Zeal to learn and work in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
Knowledge of Social Media is an added advantage.
