Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services.
- Utilize scripts to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goaloriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
