Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services.
Utilize scripts to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Goaloriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
