Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key competitors.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies.

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and reach out to prospective clients in the education sector.
Present our ERP school management software to potential clients and demonstrate its features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients as needed.

Fieldwork and Networking:

Actively engage in fieldwork to promote our software solutions and generate leads.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.

Marketing Collateral Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry or education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
Familiarity with ERP systems and school management software is a plus.
