What you'll do at Ather:

  • Build Zero Base Budgets by having a valuebased spending approach for business programs assigned to you
  • Be the finance stakeholder in cross functional scrums working on strategic priorities and organisational OKR's.
  • Align, evaluate, and optimise budgets by creating a robust financial transparent environment.
  • Real time monitoring and controlling of forecasts to ensure financial goals of the organisation are met involving transactional reviews from budget perspective.
  • Interact with cross functional teams to evaluate performance for the period and report management PL visàvis plan.
  • Create robust KPI based variance reporting structure.
  • Ensure timelines and quality of all the reports.
  • Benchmarking and monitoring critical KPIs and trends of the EV industry.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Expected to be highly skilled in data analytics and proficient in Excel, VBA & creating PowerPoint presentations. Working experience on SAP is a plus.
  • Must be able to synthesize and draw conclusions from copious amounts of raw data
  • Selfstarter that takes initiative and is driven by new challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and rigorous attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analysis to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner.
  • Demonstrated success in team collaboration; ability to work well crossfunctionally.
  • Passion for learning and relentless improvement; able to work comfortably under pressure in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

What you'll bring to Ather:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA); Master's in Business Administration, Finance, accounting, and/or Economics preferred 24 years of experience in Automobile/FMCG/Retail Industry
