JOB DESCRIPTION:
Yourjob responsibilities will include,
- Providing holistic tax solutions to Client taxissues considering domestic tax and international tax
- Provide tax risk analysis proactively ontransactions planned by Clients
- Manage all tax compliances relating to aportfolio of Clients
- Working with Direct Tax law and Tax Treatyprovisions
- Handling scrutiny assessment proceedings andother departmental matters for Domestic and Foreign Companies
- Expatriate tax planning & compliance
- Independently / jointly handling Internationaltax assignments
- Handling Certifications required for foreignpayments / remittances
- Client liaison
- Research on aspects/issues arising on Domesticas well as International Tax
- Appearing for assessments for domestic as wellas foreign clients before I-Tax officer
- Preparing details / submissions for reassessment& scrutiny assessment cases
- Handle consultation for TDS matters includingapplicability issuance of certificates and preparing TDS returns in variousforms.
- Preparation, review and filing E-TDS return.
- Preparation and computation of Wealth Tax.
- Preparing proposals
- Monitoring billing and recovery of clients

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with13 years of experience in Direct Tax
- Should have worked on preliminaryinquiries raised by clients
- Should have client facingability
- Able to read and interpret DTAA
