    Role:

    Digital Program Delivery LeaderResponsibilities:

    The Digital Program Deliver Leader will be accountable to lead the program and the team towards successful delivery of the program within the budget, time and at exceptional quality.

    Responsibility include to build trust, lead, inspire delivery teams to ensure agreed & accepted objectives are accomplished to client and stakeholder expectations.

    The Delivery leader will work across the value stream/portfolio of digital services as well as the underlying technologies supporting them.

    They must be confident and assertive where required and work pro-actively to resolve blockers/challenges or impediments to delivery, including through escalation where required.

    Manage the end to end delivery of digital projects, including multi location, multi geography delivery teamsBuild and manage motivated delivery teams, both internal and externa development teamsDrive the Digital team to work at pace, ensuring the team are working towards delivery commitmentsEnsure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most importantCoach team members and others, facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the environmentProactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraintsEstablish performance management guidelines and KPIs for the program, team and deliverables and manage towards successful delivery of eachEstablish effective working relationships with all key stakeholdersEnsures the health of the team and should facilitate conflict resolution, accelerating team performanceEnsure effective management of external/third-party vendors, teams and support systems
    Experience Level:15+ years of relevant experienceProven experience using a range of delivery methods include Agile, Hybrid Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall and a range of agile project management methods5+ years in an equivalent role, with responsibility for digital project/product deliveryExperience of managing both internal and external teams & vendors through the full project delivery lifecycleExperience in managing cross-functional delivery teams including remote/offsite and external resourcesExperience in matrix-managing delivery teamsDemonstrable experience with introducing agile and lean practices into an organisationDemonstrable experience in adopting using modern agile tools for efficiency and productivityDeep experience in using Agile management tools including Jira, Azure DevOpsBehavioural:Driver and Type A personality traits are requiredAble to navigate and negotiate around obstacles and be a go-getterReady to have difficult conversations, when required and make strong decisionsPassionate about work ethics, quality and timelinessObsessed with client satisfactionCollaborative, open to seek helpQualification:Minimum of bachelor's degreeCertified Scrum Master is RequiredSAFe certification is RequiredProduct Management & Project Management qualification (APM PMQ, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent) is a plusEY | Building a better working world
