    Job Title: Senior Healthcare Delivery Leader

    Job Summary:
    As a Senior Healthcare Delivery Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the complexities of healthcare technology and data management. This high-growth and high-visibility position offers the chance to enhance your skillset and influence the future of healthcare delivery in India.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale healthcare technology and data analytics projects, ensuring top-notch execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor global teams, encouraging collaboration across different time zones to meet and exceed project deliverables.
  • Provide clients with strategic insights on leveraging technology and data management to transform their organizations.
  • Oversee the delivery of claims-based products, manage clinical interventions, and ensure smooth membership enrollment and eligibility processes.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, including local and international frameworks.
  • Conduct sophisticated data analysis and investigations using advanced SQL, data visualization, and analytic tools.
  • Lead healthcare data modeling teams and informatics with robust data management skills.
  • Tailor communication to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovate by recommending and building new data platforms/solutions to exceed business requirements.
  • Keep abreast of emerging methodologies and technologies in healthcare technology.

    • Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree with approximately 16 years of related work experience in the healthcare industry; a master's degree is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in healthcare delivery, data analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization & analytic tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and healthcare transaction standards such as X12, FHIR, HL7.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven healthcare improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.

    • Technical Platform Skills/Digital Skills:

  • Expertise in leveraging technology platforms for healthcare data analytics, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems and integrating healthcare data from various sources.
  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data analysis (Python, R).
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in healthcare.
  • Ability to utilize and implement APIs for data exchange and system integration.
  • Experience with data governance, quality, and privacy standards in a digital healthcare environment.
