Position Overview:


As a Kiosk Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kiosk store.

Responsibilities:_

1.


Sales and Customer Service:


  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Educate customers about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale system.
  • Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities.

2. Visual Merchandising**:


  • Maintain a clean and organized kiosk store environment.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked at all times.
  • Implement visual merchandising techniques to attract customers and drive sales.

3. Product Knowledge**:


  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions.
  • Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and competitors' products.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

4. Team Collaboration**:


  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations and customer feedback.

Qualifications:_

  • Bachelors or High school or equivalent.
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using a pointofsale system.
  • Positive attitude, customerfocused mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month.
Weekend availability required.


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
