  • We are looking for Product Sales Specialists to sell cloud SaaS solutions to prospective customers and existing clients in the designated markets, prepare and present solution demos, analyse client needs and sell the functional and technical aspects of the solution to clients that fits their needs, prepare high quality winning proposals that connects the dots
- between technical and business requirements, negotiate pricing as per commercial guidelines, faster closure of deals, and coordinate the client on-boarding activities with implementation team to ensure customer success.

  • The role requires to prioritize the leads based on market intelligence and analytics, account level opportunity assessment, and improve the bid winning rates.
  • Also, work closely with partners, industry event organizers, and internally with product technical teams for customer feedback, commercial teams for pricing and marketing activities Communications and working relationship.
  • Maintain all customer interactions and proposals on CRM for good housekeeping and reports generation.
  • Prepare weekly presales/sales reports as per required standards on the business performance and feedback from the clients Daily/weekly interaction with the client, Product Team, Commercial, Market, the ability to communicate effectively with external parties is essential to successfully perform this role.
  • Examples of these external parties include: Event Management companies, Business Partners and Vendors, Customers

Key Accountabilities:


  • Acquire an indepth proficiency in the primary functions and technical workings of Edisapp School Management Software / School ERP / Mobile Apps and all other Eloit services.
  • Gain thorough knowledge about the audience and industry to create relevant sales strategy.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed revenue goals and activity measurements.
  • Ensure all new leads are contacted within 24 hours.
  • Follow up, set up and perform effective online demos and close deals.
  • Covert trial to sales and achieve target quotas.
  • Consistently log and record eachandevery outreach made, in CRM, producing daily activity reports
  • Collaborate with channel partners to assist them with lead generation and sales closure.
  • Build pipeline through inbound lead followup and outbound prospecting.
  • Effectively communicating our Product value proposition to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations, handle objections, and onboarding prospective customers.
  • Regularly updating and managing requisite data in the CRM e.g., Contacts, lead pipeline, deal management, sales forecast etc.
  • Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
  • Maintaining a record of allocated vs completed vs Pending tasks.
  • To prepare and present weekly MIS reports to the reporting line.
  • Support internal teams for existing subscription renewals and upsell in assigned territory.
  • Provide market intelligence and product feedback to relevant team members.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
