    Description

    As part of the Support team, your main goal is to provide post-sales support to Oracle customers. You'll be handling non-technical customer inquiries over the phone and through electronic channels, as well as addressing technical questions related to our Electronic Support Services. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships with Support, offering guidance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations, and handling escalated issues.

    Career Level - IC3

    Education & Experience:

    BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent qualifications are preferred. Other qualifications along with relevant experience will also be considered.

    Implementation experience is a must-have for the candidate.

    3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience

    Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

    It's essential to have a good understanding of various Oracle Fusion Supply Chain capabilities. We are seeking a techno-functional individual with hands-on experience in functional/product or technical areas, L3 level support, or equivalent knowledge.

    Key requirements for the candidate include:

    • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
    • Experience in Implementations and Support with Fusion SCM Modules such as Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Order Management, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Products Life Cycle Management

    Candidates should have practical experience in at least one of the mentioned modules.

    Technical Skill Set: PL/SQL, BI Publisher Report

    Note:

    Shift work is required, including evening and night shifts on a rotational basis. This role is based in Bangalore, and candidates should be open to relocating to this location if not already based there.

    The position is for an implementation specialist focusing on Oracle SaaS Fusion applications, ideally with experience in Oracle Fusion SCM – Supply Chain Modules. Responsibilities involve providing top-notch implementation and customer service support, resolving functional and technical issues, and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

    3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • Experience in Implementations and Support with Fusion SCM Modules such as Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Order Management, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Products Life Cycle Management
    • Thorough knowledge of SCM business processes

    Individuals should have hands-on experience in at least one of the aforementioned modules.
