Job Location

Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
  • Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance
appraisals.

  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Coordination with the Product Management team for the Company.
  • Identifying and providing feedback on Company's & Competitors products to the Product Management
team.

  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and costeffective.
  • Your salary is very confidential and should be known to you only.
  • DCR should be on daytoday basis through Web based reporting.
  • You will achieve and improve the targeted YPM
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of
operations and finances.

  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • Maintain relationship with clients.
  • Works well in a team and independently, strong attention to details and accuracy,
  • Explaining the product to the customers, meeting sales targets.
  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's
relationship with them.

  • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to Management.

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
