Job Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Review property details in Title report.
  • Review Recorded date, Instrument number and Grantee details in Foreclosure deed.
  • Review Legal description.
  • Review REO Contract, Proof of Funds and Earnest Money Deposit
  • Review BPO/ Appraisal report. Extract Property photos and DNA from BPOs
  • Type Grantee details in system
  • Use Excel formulas and prepare inventory.
  • Update details from BPO in Excel template
  • Add/merge multiple documents and redact documents in Adobe.
  • Use "Snagit" tool and basic editing tools.
  • Use/navigate thru FileZilla.
  • Follow up on orders wherever necessary.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to Closing office and Client.
  • Meet Productivity, TAT, and Quality matrix.
  • Investigate and eliminate root causes of errors and handle reporting requests to support decisionmaking.

Qualification & Experience
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:

  • Basic Degree completion (15 years of education).
  • Excellent MS excel and Adobe knowledgeable.
  • Completed minimum of 1 Year in US Mortgage, preferably REO processes.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.
  • Not on performance improvement plan / Counselling in last 6 months
  • Should be willing to work in night shift.
