Description

Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, such as brochures, banners, logos, social media graphics, and website elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand's visual identity.
Use industrystandard design software to execute design projects and ensure highquality output.
Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into design work.
Maintain consistency and brand guidelines across all design materials.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering highquality designs within specified timelines.
Seek feedback from team members and incorporate changes to continuously improve design work.
Ensure that all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
