Responsibilities_:

- He should possess the ability to handle Primary and Secondary Sales.
- He should set a reasonable sales target for the sales team.
- He should be able to recruit, train and manage a sales team of an assigned territory.
- He should posses the ability to build and maintain longterm relationship with the distributors.
- He should be prompt in collecting customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
- He should implement a sales management process to assist the sales team to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Role Requirement:_
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Minium 8 to 10 Years of Experience in FMCG Sector.
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be proficient in the usage of Microsoft Officesuite
Pay:
₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
