Responsibilities_:

  • He should possess the ability to handle Primary and Secondary Sales.
  • He should set a reasonable sales target for the sales team.
  • He should be able to recruit, train and manage a sales team of an assigned territory.
  • He should posses the ability to build and maintain longterm relationship with the distributors.
  • He should be prompt in collecting customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
  • He should implement a sales management process to assist the sales team to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.

Role Requirement:_

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Minium 8 to 10 Years of Experience in FMCG Sector.
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should be proficient in the usage of Microsoft Officesuite

Pay:
₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
