Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the executive is wellprepared and minutes are recorded.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and other resources, ensuring they are adequately stocked and available.
- Support the executive with project management and followup on pending tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid passport.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a corporate or executive environment.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate as required by the company.
- Availability to travel as necessary.
- Adaptability to different work environments and cultures.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
