Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all areas of the research center.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Manage facility maintenance, equipment procurement, and inventory control to support research activities effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to research projects, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of support staff to ensure a capable and motivated workforce.
Project Coordination:
- Support research initiatives by coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with research teams to facilitate data collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings in accordance with research protocols.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate collaborative research efforts and secure necessary resources.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and best practices in research operations.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity and validity of research data and outcomes.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure and sustainable work environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of effectively managing projects, resources, and budgets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
