Description

As a Fitness Instructor or a One-on-One Personal Trainer, you are requested to comply with all Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) relevant to reporting of Personal Training Daily Activity.

You are required to sell only the company products as per the price scheduled according to your Personal Trainer's grade
Must be a selfstarter and hold strong organizational skills
Must be solutionorientated
Must have a high level of drive and desire to be a winner and achieve all set goals
Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty and in excellent work ethic
Have the ability to follow up and help implement all systems and procedures installed
Promote all fitness events and promotions within the club Compulsory participation in weekly fitness staff meetings, educational training sessions, management meetings, club launches, fitness launches and other event or activities pertaining to Fitness Department
Supervision of gym at all times, assisting with spotting and correction technique
Trainers shall report to the Fitness Manager
