As a startup, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments.

Document Management: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Office Organization: Keep the office environment organized and presentable, including the need be supporting operations team.

File Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic and physical files efficiently.

Meeting Support: Prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and assist with follow-up actions as required.

Microsoft Skills: Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite, including creating advanced Excel formulas, designing visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, and producing professional documents in Word.

Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues and challenges, and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for office visitors and clients.

Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Ad hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and assignments as directed by supervisors.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customeroriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficiency in additional software tools or project management platforms.

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
