Responsibilities:

To assist corresponding Sales office for Project co-ordination


Responsibilities Include:

  • Play an anchor role to assist execution of KOB1/ KOB2 projects
  • Manage entire project execution by closely working with internal teams and with Project Manager as guide
  • Monitor and control project deliverables including documentation, inspection, shipment etc.,
  • Work in tandem with PM Lead team to achieve project goals
  • Act as bridge between LBP and factories through close coordination and communication
  • Review QA documentation for submission
  • Initiate KOM's with factories
  • Coordinate Factory Inspections with customer at Manufacturing Plant facilities
  • Status follow up with factories and prepare Monthly reports to Sales offices
  • Regular update of Order Control sheet
  • Handle Revisions in all documents
  • Train juniors in Project management practices if needed

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering. B.E
  • Experience 14 years of exp in current role
  • Effectively conveys (speaks and/or writes) and receives ideas, Manage meetings (Face to face or telephonic), information and direction (both oral and written). Seeks to clarify and confirm understanding (Techincal etc.,)
  • Develops consultative relationship with assigned departments/BU's /customers; understands and responds to customer needs
  • Demonstrates consistency of performance in meeting deadlines; follows schedules and procedures
  • Organizes tasks in an efficient manner
  • Able to work cohesively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Identifies problems and causes; analyzes and generates best alternative solutions
