    Description

    Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for drawing upaccounts of the Company as per applicable regulations and basis INDAS

    2. Providing guidance on FinancialAccounting to the team on an ongoing basis.

    3. Analyzing variation in costs andspend patterns identifying synergies in the nature of spends andassisting senior management by leading initiatives which optimizecosts

    . 4. Timely filing of all compliancerelated returns like STPI SOFTEX RBI FLA etc. and ensure all theregulatory reports are accurate.

    5. To assist in Compliance towardsstatutory renewals registrations etc. Classification :Internal

    6. To contribute in various projectsundertaken on an ongoing basis especially automation and processimprovement projects

    7. Manage the Nostro Reconciliationand ensure timely closure ofbreaks.

    8. Ensure smooth month end closureand adherence to all Head office reporting requirements.

    9. Handle Statutory & otheraudits and ensure smooth completion of audit with no majorfindings.

    10. Prioritize the work and conductinvestigation with due diligence on all thediscrepancies.

    11. Preparing the Board packs &other committee packs on quarterly basis

    12. Attending to routine and adhocrequests for data from SeniorManagement.

    13. Assist in Monthly closure of booksincluding Financial statements preparation.

    14. Assist in closure of Receivable relatedaccounting and reporting on monthly basis

    15. Assist in smooth closure of Monthly &Quarterly activities & timely reporting to HO

    16. Assisting in allCompliance related filings

    17. Assisting in preparation of SeniorManagement Dashboard / Board Packs

    18. Assist in analyzing the Revenue/Expensesvariance on monthly basis.

    SpecificQualifications

    Strong analyticalskills detail orientation service commitment and solidorganizational and interpersonal skills and expertise in subjectKnowledge

    Ability to work independently as wellas in a team environment prioritizes multiple tasks and meetsstrict deadlines.

    Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Applications and strong MSWord & Excel skillsrequired.

    Excellent communication skills andable to manage stressed work environment.

    Strong Result oriented and selfdriven.

    To beprepared to travel as required as the team is split between Chennaiand Mumbai

    Qualified Chartered Accountant withrich experience of 8 to 10 years relevantexperience

    Finance +Accounting,Auditing,Compliance,Core Accounting,Managementreporting,Finalization of Accounts
