Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving Top & Bottom line target for product set as per business plan
- Ensuring profitability while ensuring Market share & penetration
- Selection & appointment of appropriate Distributors.
- Timely & effective resolution to Customer complaints.
- Meeting Dealers & Plumbers of the concern area
- Doing Plumber Meets.
- Should have exposure to retail/channel distribution network.
- Good knowledge of secondary market
- Should have good Market Knowledge
- Has convincing capability,
- Can persuade clients, and is ready to relocate in different areas
Desired Skills:

- Negotiation skill
Pay:
₹300, ₹420,000.00 per year
