Job Responsibility:


  • Take care of on roll /off roll Employee master data
  • Execute payroll through all stages in conjunction with the HR team and the payroll vendor
  • 3. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll & accounting in SAP.
  • 4. Maintain payroll data for audit and manage legal & statutory compliance such as PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity, statutory Bonus, Leave Encashment etc.
  • Meet internal and statutory audit requirements.
  • Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration and assist to all employees for payroll, IT related quires.
  • Process Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements.
  • 8. Support to the HR and payroll vendor in streamlining HRMS data.
  • 9. Undertake adhoc assignments/projects on need basis.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide required support.
  • 11. Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
  • 12. Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
  • 13. Preparation & Submission of Quarterly TDS returns and issues Form 16 to employees.

Skills & Competencies:

1 MBA Finance, M.Com, B. Com with a minimum of 2+ years of experience

  • 2 Proficient at Microsoft Office(especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances ie. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF. etc.
  • 4. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

Qualifications:


  • Proven working experience as Payroll processing
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Knowledge of Salary Accounting, payroll Statutory compliance.
