Job Responsibility:
- Take care of on roll /off roll Employee master data
- Execute payroll through all stages in conjunction with the HR team and the payroll vendor
- 3. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll & accounting in SAP.
- 4. Maintain payroll data for audit and manage legal & statutory compliance such as PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity, statutory Bonus, Leave Encashment etc.
- Meet internal and statutory audit requirements.
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration and assist to all employees for payroll, IT related quires.
- Process Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements.
- 8. Support to the HR and payroll vendor in streamlining HRMS data.
- 9. Undertake adhoc assignments/projects on need basis.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide required support.
- 11. Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
- 12. Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
- 13. Preparation & Submission of Quarterly TDS returns and issues Form 16 to employees.
Skills & Competencies:
1 MBA Finance, M.Com, B. Com with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
- 2 Proficient at Microsoft Office(especially Excel)
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances ie. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF. etc.
- 4. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as Payroll processing
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of Salary Accounting, payroll Statutory compliance.
