_Job Summary_

  • Our team of administrators, are responsible for the administration and coordination of scheduled Learning events, remotely or on customer sites. With responsibility for establishing and maintaining excellent customer and staff relationships, you'll ensure total customer satisfaction._
  • We are looking for a Senior Learning Coordinator to join the team._

_What we need_

  • You'll be supporting our client HSBC, working remotely from home, travel to their locations to support onsite events is also a possibility. You will need to be a _confident and strong communicator with previous experience of working in a professional learning environment._
  • Additionally, we'll require:_
- _Experience of training administration and/or co-ordination._
- _Experience of the onsite coordination of face to face events, including all of the logĂ­stical arrangements pre and post event._
- _Experience of using Learning Management Systems from an administrative perspective._
- _Excellent communication skills with the ability to build, maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders. _
- _Excellent organizational, planning and controlling skills._
- _Proven ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales._
- _Experience of working as part of a team with a strong customer focus._
- _Advanced general administration and IT skills._


_Ideally you'll also have:
_

- _Experience of working within a remote team environment_
- _A related professional qualification or degree._

_About the role_

  • On day to day basis you'll:_
- _ _Lead, consult and deliver the scheduled processes on contracts, where required._
- _ _Schedule and administer enrolments including, monitoring participation numbers to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved, and highlighting low enrolments to appropriate point of contact._
- _ _Set up courses using appropriate internal LRM / Learning Management System and database, in line with standard operating procedures._
- _ _Support in producing essential reports on agreed dates, outlining the essential data needed as requested by the client._
- _ _Lead the coordination for onsite support, including managing the external vendors and providers, ensuring that the event is run smoothly._
- _ _Allocate and monitor work to achieve deadlines stipulated by the client in order to deliver the program objectives._
- _ _Confirm registrations and monitor cancellations with venues and trainers and ensure that the Learning Management System training records accurately reflect course attendance._
- _ _Work with the customer to obtain commitment of internal trainers and any additional resources that may be supporting the course delivery e.g. IT/Technical set ups._
- _ _Manage learner queries, coordinate escalations in accordance with Service Level Agreements and to make suggestions of improvements, where necessary._
- _ _Support the distribution, collection and reporting of Evaluation data._
- _ _Where possible provide value added services as appropriate for continuous improvement._
- _ _To communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times._
- _ _Raise any potential challenges or risks to the appropriate contact._
