Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges, goals, and IT requirements.
Educate prospects about our company's products and services, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Identify decisionmakers and influencers within target organizations and build relationships to facilitate the sales process.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in presales or business development roles, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques, with a track record of success in driving sales outcomes.
Knowledge of IT solutions and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
