Driving Business Plan and Monthly Forecasts exercise for the company. Facilitate strategy formulation by providing business insights from operational & financial data analysis, market analysis and trend analysis.
Being a business partner to Sales Team while Pricing Deals and RFP submissions.
Tracking margins of ongoing projects. Share key insights, risks and opportunities with Management.
Closely work with the resources managers on demand planning and resources allocation with the objective to maximize revenue.
Perform adhoc Financial Analysis and Business Analytics based on Management requirement.
Drive Business Transformation by streamlining Business Processes to optimize performance.
Assisting Internal sales and delivery teams in area related to financial domain such as RFP Submission, Contract Negotiation, SO, Project creation, Term Sheets, Gross Margins,
Managing Invoicing, Collections, AR reporting, Unbilled revenue controls, Monthly closure, Variance analysis and reflection accurately for timely decision making
