What You ll DoAs a Technical Support Engineer you willresolve complex technical issues in afastpaced customer critical environmentworking on improving processes standards andstrategies to perfect our Support Services.

Work HoursRotational shifts US Central time zone
Requirements
Musthave: Customer facingexperience providing Technical support/ Customer support toEnglish speaking customersKnowhow of HTML running API calls using CURLand REST client Kibana Postman Jira FTPclient 1 to 2 years of experience workingwith SaaS based product company handlinginternational customers over voice chat and emailsFluency in English reading writing andspeaking
