You will gain adeeper knowledge of IoT/LoRaWAN technologies including hardwaresoftware and networking concepts.In your role as an IoT TechnicalSupport Engineer you are responsible for ensuring that customersget the most value from their IoT solutions.
With an expert teamyou will assist international clients with product usageapplication development and troubleshooting of largescale IoTdeployments and ensure high availability of AWShosted IoT services.
Throughout you will gain a deeper understanding of endtoendIoT/LoRaWAN technologies including software networking &communicationconcepts.Thereare no distinct borders between the areas so you need to beflexible and master more than one.
