    Description

    Youwill play a crucial role in INCREFF s growth by leading QAinitiatives using Java based tools and facilitating go live forcustomers ecommerce and their ERPintegrations.

    Thisrole involves close collaboration with customers various channelpartners and internal technology teams to ensure successfulonboarding andimplementation.

    ResponsibilitiesResponsible toprovide Technical/Production support by timely assistance inresolving integration issues and facilitate thoroughtesting.
    Onboarding new marketplace/ERPs andinteracting with customers and marketplace/ERP s technicalteams.
    Responsible to implement standardtesting procedures with respect to the channels andcustomers.
    Responsible to take ownership ofmaintaining integrations post golive ensuring ongoing performanceand reliability.
    Responsible to ensuredocumentation and doing necessary automations required at themultiple stages of customer onboarding.

    Youwill also be gaining a deep understanding of the ecommerce andfashion industry by interacting with all ecommerce giants of theworld.


    Requirements
    12Years of experience in SQL and basic experience withJava/J2EE.Knowledge of PostmanRest APIs is aplusExcellent written and verbalcommunicationGood problemsolving andinterpersonal skillsProcessoriented and wellorganizedECommerce and Retail domain is aplusEngineering degree in anydiscipline
