    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory control processes and ensure efficient management of our aerospace inventory.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace and inventory management, with the ability to optimize inventory levels, streamline processes, and ensure accurate tracking of stock.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply of critical aerospace components and materials.
    • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of inventory items.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy of stock records and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
    • Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs while maximizing availability.
    • Analyze inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, assess inventory turnover rates, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes and systems.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to aerospace inventory management.


    Qualification
    • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
    • Strong understanding of aerospace components, materials, and inventory control principles.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Education/ExperienceBachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
