Navjeevan Hospital is seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth operations within the hospital.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors and patients courteously.
  • Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls efficiently.
  • Register patients accurately into the hospital database.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with inquiries.
  • Collaborate with billing department for accurate billing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer skills essential

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
