Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell work visa and tour travel packages.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and offer suitable solutions and packages.
  • Provide accurate information about visa processes, travel itineraries, and associated services.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the given timeframe.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and transactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to team success.

Educational Qualification:
Any bachelor degree can be considered

Experience required


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the Work Visa/Tour Travel industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Flexible to work 6 days a week, with office hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the industry.
