As a Marketing Coordinator at Inventant Education, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, contributing to the development and execution of creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Your role will involve a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

1.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

2.

Digital Marketing:

Manage and update the company's social media profiles, ensuring a consistent brand voice and compelling content.

3.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.

4.

Editorial Collaboration:

Liaise with the editorial team to gather accurate book details and educational content for marketing materials.
Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and the educational value of our products.

5.

Sales Support:

Coordinate with sales representatives, assisting them in sales efforts within schools and educational institutions.
Facilitate coordination with workshop presenters for sales product workshops.

6.

Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of educational events, workshops, and conferences.
Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and participant communication.

7.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

8.

Reporting and Collaboration:

Report to the Marketing Manager, providing updates on ongoing initiatives and contributing to strategic discussions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or publishing industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and an eye for design to develop visually appealing content.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
