  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Oracle certification (preferred)
  • 7 plus years of
    _Technical experience_ working with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation
  • About 7 years of comprehensive FIC skills including Compensation Plans Design and implementation best practices, Hierarchies, Classification Rules, and Calculation, Sales Credit Management
  • 4 Years' experience on OTBI/BIP reports.
  • About 7 Years of experience in Sales cloud customization tools like Application composer, Page composer, Groovy scripting, Web Services etc.
  • Familiarity with the FIC data model.
  • About 5 years of overall experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
