Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure adherence to sales process discipline which includes basic hygiene of the sales team, quotations, order booking process and timely reporting by the team.
  • Manage and process all leads, enquiries coming from different channels as per sales process.
  • Responsible for Enquiry Management operations (for all incoming leads) wrt First Calls, Basic understanding of customer requirement, provide basic solutions in discussion with SEs/ SDEs and qualifying them as possible opportunities
  • Ensure sales data capture, analysis and driving teams as per business objectives. Ensure Sales MIS & Reporting system are in place as per business process.
  • Assist in the preparation, organizing and dispatch of marketing collaterals and other promotional materials in time. Implement various marketing initiatives. Support customer events and participations in exhibitions etc.
  • Prepare and manage various sales formats, Data collection formats and ensure implementation of all formats.
  • Support sales head in various sales related activities as per business needs ensuring timely communications between various teams, supporting customer visits, customer communication, scheduling activities etc.
  • Must have experience of using CRM software

Skills Required:


  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
  • Must have possessed Pre-Sales/ Customer Calls/ Requirement Analysis/ Basic Solution development skills in related industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/ Word/ Power Point & Process of making standardized offer

Pay:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
