Hello Jobseekers,We are hiring for TL-Ops ( Night Shift) For a US-based IT Company.
Designation:
TL-Operation
Shift: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am ( Night Shift ) WFH
Location:
Netaji Subhash Place
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of up to 5+ ambitious and highly trained account managers working across a variety of ecommerce platforms
Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations
- Participate in client meetings
(International Clients)
Mentor, train and develop teammates
- Proactively identifying problems and giving solutions
Collaborate with different departments
- Support all aspects of performance and development for designated associates to encourage professional growth and goal achievement.
Communicate regularly with the Manager to review business results, execution of plans/strategies, customer feedback and associate performance.
Requirements:
-
1+ years managing a team of at least 5 people
- Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
- Expert written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Excel
Pay:
₹252, ₹425,768.66 per year

Experience:
- E-Commerce: 2 years (preferred)
- BPO: 1 year (preferred)
