Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination with agent, Port user A/c, feeder operator & MTY yard
- Job preparation & accounting requisition through Studio,
- Follow up till shipment loading/cntr mty return
- Prepare & release Import D/o/Gang letter, Survey, empty letter
- Follow up for Invoices, KYC/Customer registration
- Handling Mumbai, Delhi, Mundra, Kolkata, Chennai booking coordination
- Inventory Management
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any stream
- Min 3 years
Language and IT Proficiency
- Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications)
- Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS
- Office (Excel & Word)
