    Description
    Job Description

    • Manage and grow the service / repair
    business with the

    Authorized Service Partners

    in the defined territory.

    • Design of the optimal
    service network

    for the defined area & contract /certify external service partners where needed.

    • Communicate
    & drive the terms and conditions with these service partners.

    • Establishing new authorized /
    Bosch Service Center

    where needed.

    • Driving improvements on
    speed of repair

    (2DR) by process excellence and

    spare parts stock

    excellence in service centers.

    • Implementing
    digital solutions

    of service for service centers & users as per initiatives of CSO/Region.

    • Implementing
    new service offers

    and business models with focus on user and traffic acquisition across

    user segments .

    • Follow-up
    training progress

    for service centers

    • Drive improvements on
    NPS f or service of Bosch power tools in the market.

    • Drive growth of
    service-in-network share

    of Bosch power tools in the market.

    QualificationsBE Engineering Electrical and Mechanical EngineeringMin. 4-8 years

    Additional Information

    • Bachelor degree in business or engineering
    • > 4 (preferably > 6)
    years of experience in Sales or Marketing or After Sales Service

    • Experience in Industrial products market in country
    • Fluent in English and local language
    • Readiness for up to 50% travel time
    • Experience in business commercials, process digitalization is preferable.
    • Proficient in Data Analysis & visualization via tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
