Job Responsibilities:

Manage sales and distribution through cold calling.
Manage call flow and generate leads by calling.
Manage and grow focus on increased Productivity
Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards etc.
Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores

- **Experience in call centers like Policy bazaar or credit card sales/ banking sales via calling is a must.

Job Requirement:
We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic. Relationship management experience in secured assets businesses will be desirable.

Qualifications - Graduate / MBA **(Graduation is Mandatory)
