Job BriefResponsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle lead enquiries & pitch the right course to the lead.
  • Find prospects & pass it to the counselors.
  • Respond on chats to provide resolution to the query.
  • Keep records of lead interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on leads' requests.
  • Reporting of lead quality via chats.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Patience & Temperament
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills

Expected deliverables/KPIs:

  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Chat resolution time under 1 minute.
  • Clearing all lead queries within 24 hours.
