Job BriefResponsibilities and Duties:
- Handle lead enquiries & pitch the right course to the lead.
- Find prospects & pass it to the counselors.
- Respond on chats to provide resolution to the query.
- Keep records of lead interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on leads' requests.
- Reporting of lead quality via chats.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Patience & Temperament
- Good communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problemsolving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Expected deliverables/KPIs:
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Chat resolution time under 1 minute.
- Clearing all lead queries within 24 hours.
